Hello, I’m Regina Hutchings, and for many years I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside seniors and individuals with disabilities as they navigate life’s challenges. My journey into care management began not just as a career, but as a calling—I saw firsthand how overwhelming the system can feel for families trying to access the right supports, and I knew I wanted to make a difference.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—each with their own story, goals, and unique needs. I’ve sat at kitchen tables with families worried about their loved ones, and I’ve celebrated milestones as clients achieved greater independence. What I’ve learned is that compassionate care goes beyond paperwork and appointments—it’s about listening, guiding, and advocating every step of the way.

As an independent care manager and consultant, I’m not tied to one agency or program. That freedom allows me to focus entirely on what’s best for you or your loved one. Whether it’s coordinating medical care, connecting to community resources, or simply being a consistent, reassuring presence, my goal is always the same: to help people live with dignity, safety, and peace of mind.
